July brought another solid month for Florida real estate, with home sales rising for the 11th consecutive time. Single-family home sales climbed 5.1%, and condo/townhouse sales jumped 11%. Some areas really stood out—Panama City led single-family growth at 23%, while The Villages saw an impressive 145.8% increase in condo/townhouse sales.
