Ideally, established neighborhoods would offer the flexibility for residents to move within their own communities\u2014downsizing to a cottage, townhouse, or apartment when the time is right. The big question for Florida: can we create enough variety in home types, sizes, and locations so that future buyers\u2014whether inheriting or purchasing\u2014find a place that truly works for them?
